No, purchases made prior to joining a Club are not eligible for inclusion. You must be logged into your account for your club membership discount to be applied. If you are logged in, and still are not seeing the discount, please contact customer service. Yes, you can purchase a shoe using your Club account and ask us to ship them to whoever you'd like. (Please keep in mind this must take place within the confines of 'personal use'. You may not buy shoes and resell them.) No, it is strictly forbidden in the terms and conditions of the Club program to resell items purchased. Purchases are for personal use only. A Club account can only be cancelled if no purchases have been made. You may not cancel your account if you make a purchase and then return it. This still counts as use of the account. Your club account is active for 1 year from the date you join. To save tons and tons of money! By joining a Club you can end up paying way less than if you had paid full price for each shoe. And by 'way less' we mean hundreds of dollars! The real question is: Why wouldn't I want to join such an awesome Club? The answer: There's no reason not to!!! We currently accept MasterCard, Discover, Visa and American Express. We will ship your shoes to you for FREE using UPS ground shipping. If you decide to return an item, you are responsible for return shipping.
