Terms and Conditions
- In order to join the MHS club, the customer must create an account on www.musthaveshoes.com. You will only receive your membership discount on orders when you are logged into this account.
- Club program memberships will expire one year after the membership is created.
- No cancellations/refunds will be issued to a customer after the first order has been placed. This includes orders that are returned.
- Purchases made with your club membership are for personal use only. It is strictly forbidden to use items purchased for commercial use/resale. Violators will have their membership revoked and will not be issued a refund.
- Memberships are non-transferable.
- Must Have Shoes reserves the right to change or expand upon these terms and conditions if necessary.
- Purchasing a club membership binds the customer to these terms and conditions.
- Void where prohibited by law.
