I lost my Clique Program ID number , how can I recover it?
You can find your Clique Program ID number in the email you were sent when you joined. If you deleted or cannot find this email, you may call our Customer Service Team at 1 (800) 315 8971. We'll then get some information from you to verify identification and send you an email with the ID number.
If I make a purchase and then decide to join a clique afterwards, can my previous purchase be credited as a part of my clique spending?
No, purchases made prior to joining a clique are not eligible for inclusion.
If I return a shoe I bought as one of my clique purchases, will it be credited back to my clique purchasing number?
Yes. Please follow the general instructions for going about returning the item. You can view the Returns & Exchanges page here.
If I want to buy a pair of shoes for a friend, can I use my clique account?
Yes, you can purchase a shoe using your clique account and ask us to ship them to whoever you'd like. (Please keep in mind this must take place within the confines of 'personal use'. You may not buy shoes and resell them.)
Can I purchase shoes with my clique membership and use them for commercial use/resale?
No, it is strictly forbidden in the terms and conditions of the clique program to resell items purchased. Purchases are for personal use only.
After I open a clique account, can I cancel it?
A clique account can only be cancelled if no purchases have been made. You may not cancel your account if you make a purchase and then return it. This still counts as use of the account.
How long is my clique account active?
Your click account is active for 1 year from the date you join the clique.
Why would I want to join a clique?
To save tons and tons of money! By joining a clique you can end up paying way less than if you had paid full price for each shoe. And by 'way less' we mean hundreds of dollars! The real question is: Why wouldn't I want to join such an awesome clique? The answer: There's no reason not to!!!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept MasterCard, Discover, Visa and American Express.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
We will ship your shoes to you for FREE using UPS ground shipping. If you decide to return an item, you are responsible for return shipping.
