Return & Exchange Policy
You have 30 days from the date your shoes arrive at your shipping address to return your shoes for full credit.
Only unworn merchandise in its original shoe box/packaging will be accepted.
Expedited shipping charges are not refundable.
Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the item shipped is defective or does not match the order invoice.
Before returning a defective product or incorrect shipment, you must first contact customer service to receive a call tag.
We cannot refund return shipping charges incurred by the customer.
Returns are processed within 10 business days of the receipt of your package.
How to Return an Item
To return your shoes, please follow the following steps:
- Place your unworn shoes in the original box.
- Print a copy of your order confirmation or shipping confirmation e-mail. You may also access a copy of your order invoice here.
- Please indicate on your printed order confirmation the reason for return.

How to Exchange an Item
We do not facilitate exchanges per say. To exchange for another color/size etc. please follow the instructions for returns.When we receive the returned shoe, we will credit you back for your purchase.
You can make a new purchase at any time for the color/size etc. you were wishing to exchange for.
