From bell-bottom pants and platform shoes to tie dye shirts and jumpsuits, the 70s was a decade of iconic fashion statements. While some of those style choices have died and taken the stairway to heaven, some of those old fashion trends are still stayin’ alive today. (See what we did there?)

So in honor of Throwback Thursday, we've decided to create a look to pay homage to those spectacular 70s styles, all while creating an updated and modern look that’s appropriate for the workplace. Let’s start with the Cecelia, a 70s inspired platform shoe with a chunky heel. We love the metal grommets and the stitching on the straps. This stylish shoe comes in Marine, Black Grey and New Brown.

To achieve the rest of this 70s inspired work look, you’ll need some flared, high-wasted dress slacks, which will give off that bell-bottom vibe. Then find a dress shirt with flowy sleeves. Be sure to tuck your shirt into your pants and add a belt around your waist. Throw on a classy navy blazer, and accessorize with some gold bangles and fashionable vintage looking necklace.
