Return & Exchange Policy

Had a fitting issue or not quite in love with your purchase? No problem. We offer a full refund to your original payment method for 30 days after the original shipping date. Only unworn merchandise in its original undamaged shoe box and packaging will be accepted. Shoes returned with a damaged shoe box will be subject to a $5 re-boxing fee. Returns made after the 30 day return period will not receive a refund or store credit. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of the receipt of your package. After the return is processed, please allow an additional 5-10 days for the refund to be posted to your account. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item
To return your shoes, please follow these steps:

  • Place your unworn shoes in the original undamaged shoe box with all included packaging.
  • Print and include a copy of your order confirmation or shipping confirmation e-mail.
  • Please indicate on your printed order confirmation the reason for return.
  • Ship your shoes and printed order confirmation to the below address

We do not offer free return shipping labels. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns will be processed within 10 business days from the date we receive your package. Please allow 1-2 business days for the return credit to post to your account from the date your return is processed.

How to Exchange an Item

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like something different than what you ordered, please follow the above instructions to return your original purchase. You may make a new purchase at any time for the adjusted product, color, size, etc that you prefer.
